My husband and I purchased a home in Prescott Valley with Tim as our realtor. We were extremely impressed as early as the first conversation with Tim. The first few days of our home search, Tim took the time to put together a driving tour that led us through the area and all of the big neighborhood developments. Tim was always available to talk to us and meet to tour homes. Interestingly, we ended up buying a home in an area we initially didn’t think would be right for our family until Tim led us to it. To this day, we are thrilled with our decision and home. We could not recommend Tim enough!

Tim is knowledgeable and capable. He understands the Prescott market and worked diligently to make sure we were served well and that our property was presented in the best possible way. He listens and he cares about his clients. When things looked like they could fall apart, Tim stepped in and negotiated with the buyers agent to keep the sale moving forward. He is dedicated and easy to work with.

I’m not sure what to say about Tim other than he was a blessing and a gift. We count ourselves very fortunate to have had Tim as our realtor in our move to the Prescott Area. Tim went above and beyond in every aspect of our move from California to Arizona; even to the point of helping us find an excellent realtor to sell our home in California. We were strangers in a strange land and Tim took care of us. Tim held our hands and helped us navigate the challenges and surprises of moving to a different state. He was patient and kind in helping us discover what we really wanted in a property rather than what we thought we wanted. His integrity and professionalism are above reproach. Any realtor could have sold us a house, Tim did everything he could to ensured we got the best home for us.

Look no further, you definitely want Tim Eastman in your corner! Tim’s knowledge of the Prescott, Arizona area and housing market is exceptional. He has great contacts with lenders, title companies and contractors. He is your one stop shop. Most importantly, when Tim represents you, he is on your side, instead of just going along for the ride. He thinks outside of the box, and comes up with excellent suggestions. I am grateful to have had Tim represent us on not only the purchase of our home, but also the sale of it when it came time to move on. Don’t make the mistake of using an average realtor…go for the best and call Tim Eastman!
